Peck Recycling Company

Smither & Company negotiated the sale of this privately held, Richmond based scrap metal recycling business to Simsmetal America, a subsidiary of a large publicly traded scrap metal recycling business headquartered in Sydney, Australia. 

Prior to the sale transaction, Smither & Company had provided a range of investment banking and advisory services to Peck Recycling, including the placement of a $10,000,000 secured working capital line of credit with Signet Bank.
