Smither & Company Capital Markets provided advisory services to Electrical Controls & Maintenance, Inc. in connection with the sale of its commercial security system division to Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc (CTSI). EC&M grew its security division into one of the Mid-Atlantic’s leading commercial security system integrators after its formation in 2005. EC&M continues to operate its electrical contracting division following the sale.
